Good Evening All,

Chris wanted me to email you and update everyone. Junes payout has taken so long because of an error on the withdrawal the broker made when processing it so they had to redo it on the 11th before the end of the day. We are expecting to have it distributed between Tuesday and Thursday. In the mean time everyone who wants the half that’s currently available can send a request link for 50% of the months payout and it will be sent out Monday, the other 50% will be sent out between Tuesday and Thursday. If you rather opt to waiting for the full amount at once please just reply saying so so we can keep track and make sure everyone is on the same page. Great news. The bank released the wire transfer, it will be in Wise either by end of the day today or Monday so once it is in there I will send you all another email notifying you that the payouts are going out. Thank you again for your patience with this, as you can imagine it’s been quite stressful for us. Good evening all,

Great news! One of the Two wires to Wise arrived about two to three hours ago so I will start distributing June’s payout shortly in the order that we received the links. Everyone should have their payout within the next 24-36 hours, if you didn’t already after my last email please make sure you refer back to it and send a new link for June. If you already have than please ignore this and if for whatever reason someone’s link does not work you will be contacted directly straight away. Good morning all,

we have received one of two of the withdrawals last night. I will be emailing you all either Monday or Tuesday requesting your Wise links as usual. Moving forward as of September’s payout, all payouts will be done by the 15th of the month to avoid any possible bank holiday delays or possible transfer delays from the broker or banks side to Wise. If for example the 15th is on a Saturday or Sunday the payout will be done on the following Monday. We believe this makes the most sense moving forward. With that being said it could be done one month on the 8th and another on the 12th, but it will always be done by the 15th excluding the ones landing on weekends.

Good evening everyone. Its Chris. First off apologies to anyone who has been messaging my phone, Ive not had it since Friday. Payments wise, unfortunately/fortunately Ive cut ties with the broker that has caused delays twice now. With that being said in order to avoid delays on Septembers and October payout, august and sept payout will be done on or before sept 21st.The reason for this is because we have submitted a complete withdraw of 50% of the fund from that broker as I have it split between two brokers but to avoid delays while transferring to the new broker I’ve transferred the complete balance from my own personal funds to make sure I dont lose trading time with the new broker and to avoid delays on octobers payout. I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding and be assured I’ve have a good relationship with someone high up at the new broker and they are aware the same issues from the other one will not be tolerated.

Hey Chris,

Thanks for the email as I was getting concerned when we had radio silence for a bit while you did not have your phone. Do you have your phone again? Just want to know best way to reach out to you.

Just out of curiosity, do you use utilize mainstream brokers or offshore? What Tier are they ranked? Can I ask what brokers you use? Are you moving 50% of the assets from one broker to a new broker or are you transferring the assets to your other broker where they will hold 100% of the fund? Just trying to understand the infrastructure as I want our relationship to expand, as we have discussed before, where you can manage some client money for me once you reopen your fund.

So, I am going to receive a double payment on or before Sept 21st, correct. Then in October, our payment from September hopefully has no issues and should be paid out by the 15th at the latest? Is that the plan? What if there is an issue with the new broker, then what?

In previous correspondence, you mentioned that you received half the payment from one of your broker, what happened to that money? Is it waiting to be paid out? I just need to understand the process as expectations just need to be managed so that everyone is on the same page.

Just an update. We’ve still not received the payout from the broker so nothing has changed in regards to that. After reviewing where we’re at since our last email, the upcoming payment for October 31-November 4th as of now will be pushed to the November 7th-November 11th. As some of you know Chris was very unwell last week and lost over a week of trading due to having severe food poisoning. We are still aiming to have it out towards the end of the upcoming week but if not it will be the following week to make up for the lost time. Good evening everyone,

Firstly to anyone who’s emailed us since our last email till today, we didn’t receive 99% of them. We had never realized it till we went to email everyone yesterday but we we’re having server issue’s and we weren’t able to send or receive 99% of emails. As of today it’s fixed and functioning properly. In regards to an update, we received the transfer yesterday from the new broker so we’re happy that’s all functioning as it should be again. Chris still has positions open with the other broker, we decided seeing as today was a bank holiday and we wouldn’t be able to complete the payout it made more sense to let the positions run until the start of the week to get ahead a bit for the next payout. Once the trades are closed Monday we will submit the withdrawal from that broker and once we receive it we will send everything to the appropriate places to distribute it. Good Evening All,

Thank you for your patience. Apologies this email is going out a week late, we have been having issues again with our google server and were unable to receive and send emails as of the 4th or 5th of the month. We hope your new year is off to a great start and wishing you an amazing year ahead.

We have almost completed the process of getting all of the new accounts and paperwork done over here, as of January 27th we will have partial access to the new bank account meaning we will begin sending out parts of backdated payouts. As of now we are unsure of the amounts but on the 27th you will receive the first of many transfers, we will be aiming to send one every two weeks until we have full access to send larger amounts out. We are told that as of the third week/end of February give or take we will have full access to start sending normal size payouts like before. Our game plan right now is to have everything fully caught up and back on track with the normal schedule before the end of March give or take but we are aiming for sooner. We sincerely appreciate everyone's patience during the last while as it has been very stressful as much for us as it has for you. There is finally a light at the end of the tunnel and we are looking forward to having normalcy as before. You will receive an email from us around January 25/26 to arrange the January 27th transfer. today we will start completing part of the backdated payouts as mentioned in our previous email. As previously mentioned, due to the fact that the account is still limited we are limited to the amount we can transfer per day/per week so not everyone will receive a transfer today. Based on our calculations everyone will have a payout between today and Wednesday. The amounts are unknown as this is the first one we are doing this way with the account limited but we will be doing another one again in the next 10 days give or take. For those using Wise please follow the steps below and reply to this email with the account details. Once it has been sent to you we will send you a confirmation photo, please let us know by replying to this email once you have received it. Thank you

Good evening All,

We have completed transfers to about 60% of you as of now. We did not complete everyone's transfer as planned because we decided it was better to do a bit larger transfer to fewer people rather than very small ones to everyone. The remaining 40% of you will receive it between Friday afternoon and Wednesday. We can not complete any more transfers until Friday as we have used the temporary current weekly transfer limit. We will be completing transfers every Friday-Wednesday moving forward so approximately every other week each of you will receive a transfer.

Good Evening,

We have spoken to support from both Wise and Binance today and they have verified that everything is fine with the transfers we completed on Tuesday and Yesterday. They have both stated that it is normal for some international transfers coming from the UAE to sometimes experience delays due to the intermediary banks having 3-5 business days to process the transfer into both platforms. The transfers we did on Friday and Monday both took 3 days to post. Once the transfers are posted they will be sent out immediately. We will still be keeping with the planned schedule of everyone receiving payouts every other week. Thank you
